About The Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in the MERN stack, strong command of AWS cloud services, and solid expertise in version control systems (especially Git). The successful candidate will lead end-to-end web development efforts, deploy scalable solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features and enhancements.
• Optimize both front-end and back-end performance.
• Uphold code quality standards through regular peer reviews and clean coding practices.
• Manage version control workflows using Git and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend adoption when beneficial.
• Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with the MERN stack.
• Deep understanding of key AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, and others.
• Proficiency with Git, including managing branching strategies and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with Docker is required
• Kubernetes experience is a plus.
• Solid grasp of RESTful API design principles.
• Familiarity with database design and management, primarily MongoDB, with PostgreSQL/MySQL as a bonus.
• Competence in testing and debugging using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Serverless Architecture on AWS.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and GraphQL.
